Bartender
Key Responsibilities:

Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, and customized creations that showcase your mixology skills.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, providing them with drink recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stocking ingredients, and minimizing waste.

Quality Control: Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards, both in taste and presentation.

Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and a cohesive guest experience.

Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, attend training sessions, and continually refine your bartending skills.
Driver
Responsibilities:
• Pick-up and delivery of pastries / food items from central kitchen to outlets on a daily basis.
• Pick-up and delivery of non-food items on ad hoc basis.
• Keep assigned vehicles free from damage and clean at all times.
• Report any damage or mechanical malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure loading, off-loading, transporting items, are handled with care and secured to avoid damages.
• Ad Hoc duties assigned by Management.
