Caerus Holding started in 2008 as an alcohol distribution company with a presence in Singapore, India, the Maldives, as well as Malaysia. Led by CEO Vijay K Pillai, a dynamic entrepreneur and foodie at heart with a deep love for travel and exploration, the company has focused on expanding through long-term, meaningful partnerships with the right brands and people.​
